In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate personnel, streamline processes, and make a real impact on our industrial services operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• People Power: Oversee the hiring, deployment, and support of our operational personnel, both on projects and in the workshop.
• Project Prep: Review job programs to ensure they’re ready for success.
• Efficiency Expert: Check project checklists and refine our tools, processes, and working methods.
• Leadership Role: Manage, coach, and assess team members, fostering growth and operational excellence.
• Smooth Operations: Guarantee seamless project implementation and continuity.
• Attention to Detail: Verify expense claims and bonus sheets from your team.
• Collaboration: Be a key player in pre- and post-job meetings, weekly ops meetings, and action follow-ups.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
• Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must hold a VCA Full certification and a valid passport.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German is essential.
• Familiarity with operational processes, project planning, work preparation, and drawing programs is advantageous.
