WSG Integrity Specialists have the capability and experience to carry out fitness for service on assets, along with detailed examinations for the best understanding of an assets health.

Our specialist NDT department has a team with expert knowledge within the applications WSG use.

Outside of conventional NDT, we also carry out Phased Array Ultrasonics (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) for a detailed subsurface examination of multiple steel types.

TOFD and PAUT can be used for the following:

• Corrosion Under Pipe Supports

• Corrosion mapping of steel sheets

• Highly Sensitive detection of sub surface weld defects

Whilst carrying out PAUT and TOFD, our operators can input the dimensions into the systems and see a live view of the indications present.
