Electrical Technician

You will work in a technically challenging environment where safety, precision, and reliability are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on nitrogen pump units and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical panels, motors, sensors, and instrumentation
• Work with PLC systems (fault finding, basic programming, I/O checks, and system testing)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure operational reliability and compliance
• Support commissioning and testing of new or modified equipment
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Document work performed and report technical issues clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with mechanical technicians, engineers, and operations teams

Requirements

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or energy-related environment
• Hands-on experience with PLC-controlled systems (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)
• Experience with pumps, compressors, or high-pressure systems is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
