Andrew has over 20 years of international energy industry experience and is a major shareholder within WSG Energy Services. His experience in senior leadership roles within international oil and gas service companies, and entrepreneurial startups is driven by his passion for process improvement and technology development.

Andrew has been involved in numerous innovative product development processes, specialist software development, and process efficiency projects throughout his time in the industry, with several Patents being filed as a result.

As CEO he is responsible for setting strategy and managing the global growth for WSG Energy Services, focusing upon innovation to reduce critical path processes and deliver improved carbon intensity to clients across all of our operating sectors.

Joining WSG in October 2020, John is tasked with supporting WSG Energy Services in its next phase of international growth expanding into new geographic territories and further increasing its service offering.

John has 30 years of industry experience, most recently holding CEO position within EnerMech following a number of years as COO overseeing its international expansion. Prior to this John worked for PSL Energy Services and Halliburton, spending 4 years in the Caspian region and 13 years in the Asia Pacific market focusing upon growing businesses in the LNG and Oil & Gas pre-commissioning and mechanical services markets.

Dan joined WSG in April 2022 and is responsible for all finance and tax matters as well as taking an active role in M&A activity.

Dan qualified as a chartered accountant whilst working for PwC and has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial positions across multiple sectors and industries. This includes 6 years working for listed businesses in the financial services sector and 8 years working for a Private Equity partnership with responsibility for transaction execution and portfolio management. Dan also has extensive senior finance experience across groups of software development companies operating within plc environments, including a business which specialises in the development of remote telemetry technologies for the Oil & Gas and Nuclear sectors.

Joining WSG in March 2021, John is tasked with supporting WSG Energy Services in its next phase of international growth expanding into new geographic territories and further increasing its service offering.

John has held a number of customer-focused senior management positions throughout over 30 years of industry experience.

As the founder and Managing Director of WSG Eftech International (Australia), a division of WSG Energy Services, Andrew has over 30 years of domestic and international energy industry experience.

He has held senior leadership and executive roles for international process and pipeline services companies in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, and has delivered key projects across these regions. Andrew has extensive experience and knowledge of the oil and gas market, overseeing major construction, commissioning, and shutdown contracts both offshore and onshore.

Andrew leads WSG’s international growth strategy, forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue expansion across key global markets.

Koos co-founded Well Services Group in 2005 and has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Koos has a strong equipment and process knowledge and oversees our fleet globally to ensure all servicing and purchasing meets the required standards for our service delivery. He leads a number of initiatives, working with our clients to help us innovate and deliver additional efficiency and offer improved process safety.

Based in the Netherlands, Yolanda joined WSG in 2020, supporting the company to deliver continuous improvement across its QHSE department.

In 2024 Yolanda became Group QHSE Manager, ensuring that QHSE is at the heart of everything WSG does, with a vision to operate safely across multiple industries, globally, while driving quality and reducing the impact of our operations on the environment.

Lynne joined WSG in April 2024.  With over 20 years HR experience within varies industries including Manufacturing and Oil and Gas.

Throughout the various positions held, Lynne’s ethos has remained the same that people are at the heart of the business and the company’s greatest asset. Previously creating and implementing HR initiatives that interlinked with operational business objectives to increase employee engagement and retention. Mentoring and empowering of HR team to deliver a consistent approach to employee relations across locations.

Lynne will be implementing and developing the HR function across the group adding value to WSG strategic plan to create an inclusive and diverse workplace that unlocks everyone’s potential to thrive, ensuring we are an employer of choice for future generations.

Steve brings with him a wealth of experience from his 20+ years in the PPS industry, having worked in management roles in Africa, Caspian, Asia, and the Middle East, latterly with EnerMech as Middle East and Caspian Regional Director before returning to the UK in a European General Management role. Steve’s technical knowledge comes from his time in the field, and he is acknowledged as a technical expert in Nitrogen & Helium Leak Detection services. His experience in delivering integrated services on large new build major hydrocarbon/LNG projects with major operators further strengthens our ongoing efforts to expand this sector.

In this position Steve has overall responsibility for all our Process, Pipeline and Industrial Services business units in the UK and Europe, targeting growth in both our new build construction and shutdown/turnaround service offering.

Co-founder and President of Servco Industrial Contracting (Canada), a division of WSG Energy Services. John has over 30 years of international energy industry experience from a contractor and owner perspective.

John has a reputation for solid leadership of large multinational teams backed by an innovative entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, and the proven ability to deliver outstanding results.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, John is tasked with ensuring the continued growth of the Canadian business via diversification, leveraging historical WSG successes and innovation to capitalize on North America’s burgeoning energy, mining, and process sectors.

Heinz has a wealth of experience and technical expertise and his understanding of operational excellence, strategic sourcing and innovation enables him to lead our technical services division in North America.

Heinz will be instrumental in driving forward our commitment to delivering exemplary solutions across traditional and clean energy markets. 

Phil has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry and started his career in the UK leak testing and then as Project Engineer.

He then worked in North Africa before 4 years in Kazakhstan.

Phil has been based in Qatar since 2019.

Darren has held various management positions throughout his 15 years of experience in the PPS industry. His previous roles have included Tendering & Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, and General Manager.

Darren’s role in WSG is General Manager of the Asia Business Unit. He will also be responsible for the growth into the Asia markets focusing on the Oil and Gas CAPEX markets and building upon the track record of delivering end to end projects from construction to offshore hook up. He will also leverage on the global experience to expand WSG’s presence in the OPEX market focusing on providing emission reducing solutions in the maintenance and shutdown services to LNG plants, offshore facilities and refineries

Jacob has a huge amount of experience in the US, specialising in nitrogen services, facility maintenance, refinery maintenance, pipeline, and industrial services.

Jacob is leading our new US operations with the opening of its Wyoming business unit.

Based in Sydney, Kent brings over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in operations, pre-commissioning and delivering major shutdowns – and has held key roles leading teams in both onshore and offshore projects.
