This is a full time, permanent role to be based from Middlesbrough, you will be required to cover the North East and other locations, including Immingham and surrounding regions.

Full training and support will be provided in regards to the Industrial Services sector to allow the experienced Business Development applicants to be successful in the role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify new business opportunities: identifying potential clients, markets and partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Source and attend industry events to build relationships and promote WSG services
  • Understand client needs, create and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Achieve Sales and growth by implementing strategies to attain an increased turn over and client contract growth.
  • Client Relationship Management with stakeholders new and existing
  • Contribute to the delivery of the new business growth working closely with operational management to ensure key accounts are managed, developed and successful.
  • Effective liaison, support and assistance between colleagues within Industrial Services and other sectors of the business
  • Identify tendering opportunities, conducting tenders and securing long term contracts.
  • Lead face to face client engagement sessions
  • Conduct detailed site visits to accurately assess project requirements and deliver precise job costings
  • Forecasting sales opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Competitor analysis
