As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our operations team.

As a Process & Pipeline Operator, you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective pipeline and process operations across a range of onshore and/or offshore projects. You will support activities such as nitrogen services, leak testing, hydrotesting, chemical cleaning, commissioning, decommissioning, and associated field operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute process, pipeline, and commissioning operations in line with WSG procedures and client requirements.
• Operate equipment such as pumps, compressors, nitrogen units, and filtration systems.
• Support leak testing, hydrotesting, drying, purging, and pressure operations.
• Assist with project mobilisation, demobilisation, and equipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate job records, safety documentation, and operational reports.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and project teams to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Uphold WSG’s safety culture and promote best practices at all times.

About You
Essential:
• Previous experience in process, pipeline, or industrial operations.
• Strong awareness of safety and operational standards.
• Ability to work in demanding environments (onshore/offshore).
• Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
• Right to work in Nertherlands
Desirable:
• OPITO/ offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET, MIST, Medical).
• Experience within nitrogen services, pressure testing, or commissioning operations.
• Mechanical or process-related qualification.
