As a Process & Pipeline Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective delivery of pipeline, process, and commissioning operations across a range of onshore and/or offshore projects. You will lead teams in the execution of nitrogen services, leak testing, hydrotesting, chemical cleaning, commissioning, decommissioning, and other specialist field operations, ensuring all work is carried out to WSG and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and supervise process, pipeline, and commissioning field operations.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with WSG procedures, industry best practices, and client requirements.
Provide technical guidance on equipment operation, including pumps, compressors, nitrogen units, and filtration systems.
Plan and oversee project mobilisation, demobilisation, and equipment readiness.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and operational risk assessments.
Maintain accurate job documentation, operational reports, and safety records.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships.
Mentor and support operators, promoting skill development and strong safety culture.
Drive continuous improvement across operational delivery and project performance.

About You

Essential:

Proven experience in supervising process, pipeline, or industrial field operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in demanding environments (onshore/offshore).
Excellent understanding of safety management and operational controls.
Full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
Right to work in Netherlands.

Desirable:

OPITO/offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET, MIST, Medical).
Experience in nitrogen services, pressure testing, or commissioning operations.
Mechanical, process, or engineering qualification.
Previous client-facing project supervision experience.
