Workshop Coordinator

Perth

WSG are looking for a proactive and organised Workshop Coordinator to lead operations at our Perth facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of asset and facility management, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all workshop operations and ensure equipment/facilities are maintained, tested, and certified to WSG and client standards.

· Manage equipment load outs, returns, and function testing.

· Handle goods receipt and maintain the full asset database.

· Lead the workshop team, driving performance, safety, and quality.

· Carry out equipment repairs, recertification, and fault finding.

· Complete all project and loadout requirements within tight timeframes.

· Maintain certification records (ATEX, IECEX, HAVs) and PMR documentation.

· Train both workshop and field staff as needed.

· Develop workshop layout and processes to suit a growing range of equipment.

· Liaise with clients and third parties as required.

· Keep the facility compliant and well-maintained.

What You’ll Bring:

· 10+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

· Hands-on experience with repair and maintenance of PPU-related equipment, including ATEX and IECEX certified equipment.

· Solid understanding of industry and regulatory test/inspection requirements.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

· Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to leadership.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
