WSG Energy Services have the capability to supply in- situ cleaning of process pipework, vessels and pipelines using Advanced Ice Cleaning.

AIC is an innovative, environmentally friendly proven cleaning technique for remediating complex pipework, process equipment and systems, providing a low risk, cost effective, smart alternative to conventional cleaning techniques.

AIC cleans complex systems in-situ with no requirement for mechanical intervention and leak testing

An ice slurry is produced and pumped through the system to remove adhered detritus and pick up loose debris. It then exits the pipework and is collected and taken away for waste treatment.

The ice pushes residual process fluids ahead of it, and the shear at the wall cleans off debris such as sand and wax and carries it out, leaving the pipe and equipment clean without the need to dismantle them.
