This often includes stubborn emulsions of hydrocarbons, water, and solids that resist fast, cost-effective separation. As a result, the waste is trucked off-site for costly, carbon-heavy disposal, increasing safety risks inherent in road transport.
WSG Advanced Waste Reduction services provides a solution to minimise waste disposal.
Our solution uses the WSG Emulsion Buster to mechanically break emulsions at high flowrates without adding heat or chemicals, enabling clean phase separation and further downstream filtration through the WSG’s Advanced Filtration Media.
