WSG Advanced Waste Reduction (AWR) comprises of truly innovative technologies that provide treatment and reduction of hazardous waste streams across a diverse range of oil, gas and industrial sectors. The AWR process provides onsite deployable solutions for ‘difficult to treat’ waste streams whist providing customers with both significant commercial and carbon benefits.
AWR’s industry-leading, on-site emulsion breaking and water treatment solutions go far beyond conventional methods.
Using the proprietary WSG Emulsion Buster™ (EB) and Advanced Filtration Media (AFM), our system recovers valuable hydrocarbons and reclaims contaminated water streams. It also achieves unmatched contaminant removal levels from wastewater by eliminating highly toxic, poisonous chemicals such as heavy metals, hydrocarbons, BTEX. PFAS, glycols, and other hazardous compounds that others cannot effectively treat on-site.
This WSG technology is a passive system requiring no chemical additions to achieve results. The system is modular and its small footprint design allows a scalable solution that can be tailored to handle any client required flow rates and multiple contaminants.
AWR offers our clients the following benefits:-
- Effective separation of emulsified fluids into recovered oil, recovered water and solids phases at high flow rates.
- Effective treatment of wastewater contaminated by heavy metals, hydrocarbons, cyanide/arsenic, BTEX, PFAS, PAH, PCB, glycol and Norm at flow rates and levels that others find difficult to reach.
- Typical hazardous waste disposal reduction of 75% to over 95%.
