WSG Energy Services are a leading specialist in the Pre-Cooling of LNG Systems and Ni-Cool operations.
The controlled Cooling Operation of the client’s plant is an essential stage that must take place either prior to the first or re-introduction of LNG to client systems or prior to reactor maintenance programs being undertaken.
Ni-Cool operations on client reactors improve workforce access to the reactor by accelerating the reactor cooldown duration. This operation reduces risk for our clients and decreases the planned or unplanned outage duration.
WSG operatives supply controlled mixtures of Liquid Nitrogen and Gaseous Nitrogen from our advanced and customised WSG Nitrogen Equipment Portfolio to execute the cooldowns. Upon satisfactory cooldown, we hand over the system to the client so that LNG can be introduced into the plant or maintenance be undertaken on the reactor.
