The Community Sports Foundation’s (CSF) Realising Potential programme offers tailored workshops, mentoring, and hands-on experience to help participants grow both personally and professionally. Through our sponsorship, we’re helping CSF expand their resources and reach even more individuals who face barriers to employment.

A Day to Remember

As part of the partnership, our European Regional Director, Steve Jones, attended a Realising Potential session. Steve not only saw the transformative work being done first hand but also joined the participants for a friendly kickabout on the pitch.
