Global Client Support Specialist (2 Positions)


We require 2 Global Client Support Specialists based out of Qatar that will report to the Group Tendering Manager.


• Provide comprehensive support for prequalification applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation across all global client engagements.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all clients globally, including monitoring renewal timelines and ensuring timely submissions.
• Assist in the submission of tender applications, conducting initial reviews of resource breakdowns, and providing support for technical submissions.
• Produce document packs in adherence to company standards for submission to clients, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Prepare reports on Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Invitation to Tender (ITT) contents and scoring against internal matrices.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on output and region Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones, potentially requiring occasional weekend or late work based on workload and supported time zones.


• Relevant knowledge and experience in the service industry, preferably within Oil & Gas / Energy sectors, or relevant experience in subcontracts or procurement at a larger EPC.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Based in Qatar or willingness to relocate to Qatar.
