Mobilisation and Training Co-ordinator x 2

We are seeking two skilled and experienced Mobilisation and Training Co-ordinators with previous energy industry experience.


The Mobilisation and Training Coordinator positions will liaise regularly by telephone, video conference and email with English speakers of various backgrounds which would require strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal English skills.

There will be a need for the Mobilisation and Training Coordinators to work across a 12 hour window in a staggered way to ensure availability during business hours in Australia from approximately 8:30am Perth time and 5:30pm Sydney time

Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification, flights and accommodation.

• Co-ordinate and manage personnel movements in-line with operational requirements.
• Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training and maintain training records and matrices.
• Assist in the recruitment of employees and build relationships with candidates and contacts.
• Maintain daily and weekly reporting – personnel tracker, personnel utilisation, roster management for ongoing / long term projects.
• Process Visa applications for personnel mobilising from overseas when required.
• Assist with operational needs when required, including procurement, raising purchase orders and assisting with transport and logistics.
