Project Delivery Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Delivery Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities of ongoing and planned UK Energy Sector projects.
The Project Delivery Coordinator will contribute in an supporting capacity by assisting our teams on UK projects and their ultimate responsibility shall be to ensure the project team(s) comply with organizational standards, directives and procedures whilst ensuring ongoing projects run smoothly and that deadlines are met and accomplished on time with minimal issues, with particular focus required for the managing of financial forecasts and project revenues.
Responsibilities
• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
• Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
• Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards
• Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
• Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
• Performing administrative tasks, such as managing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Managing project procurement of material and equipment
• Coordinating maintenance of project equipment
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as an Project Delivery Coordinator or similar role
• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Effective and clear communication skills
• Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial awareness
